Job Description

The role of the (S)NAM position is to continue the growth and development of the Grocery channel, with key focus being on ASDA, Morrisons or Sainsbury's. The NAM will be tasked with the following:

  • Day to Day contact with the Account
  • Profit & Loss and Joint Business Plan accountable
  • Lead on commercial negotiation's
  • Take the lead role on the Internal Account Team - Category, Sales, Shopper Marketing and Finance.
  • Targeted to lead the business to lead supplier with the category.

The Successful Applicant

As these are new head count positions, my client is being specific around the background of applicants:

  • University Degree as a minimum education level
  • Accountable experience within the FMCG sectors and relevant channels.
  • Been visible and ideally lead on negotiation's of commercial Business Plan's.
  • Experience of identifying opportunities, winning new business and delivering NPD and Cost price increases.
  • A 'Can do' attitude - proactive, enthusiastic and assertive.
