Our client is a well established independent company which has rapidly grown into a leading multimillion pound market leader. A British heritage focused brand, they are renowned for the design and innovation of their ever expanding product range. Their international brand presence has experienced unprecedented growth with strong high street, concession, wholesale and online revenue streams. They are looking for a dynamic National Account Manager with a genuine passion for branding and fashion that has the experience to drive business forward in all areas.

Job Description

The right candidate will be an integral part of the team, the driving force behind the future growth of the brand with the confidence to manage commercial relationships whilst identifying new opportunities. Joining at a time of growth and progression, focus will be on sales but you will be a main contributor to all areas of the company.



With full responsibility for P&L of accounts across all categories, you will develop and implement a strategic business plan whilst managing the wholesale process and working with all arms of the business to ensure exceptional customer service reflects the end product you're delivering.



You will have the personality and confidence to engage with a range of clients from buyers to company owners and department stores to independents.



Passion and brand identity are fundamental to the success of the candidate, brand image must be respected and considered at all times when working with current accounts and evaluating potential opportunities to reflect the international identity and presence of the brand.



Being the key point of contact between major retailers and the design team, product development will also be a key focus of the role; keeping a keen eye on the general UK fashion climate, providing industry updates, retailer/client feedback and regular market analysis in order to assist the creative director and design team.



National travel will be required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years account management experience at a national level with a premium fashion brand
  • Experience and working knowledge of managing the wholesale process
  • Solid understanding of the current retail and fashion climate
  • Personable, energetic and outgoing personality with the ability to show genuine brand passion and evoke within others
  • Confidence in negotiating and influencing
  • Astute analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
