Manissa has an excellent reputation in its market and has long standing contracts with industry market leaders in the heating sector.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the MD, you will be responsible for building new relationships and managing key accounts with heating clients across the UK. In previous positions you will have built strong relationships in the DIY sector with retailers and can demonstrate how you have won new business.
 
There is a clear progression plan for the right candidate – this includes some international travel and the potential opportunity to progress to a senior level.
 
Other skills should include:
  • Solid Account Management experience within either plumbing supplies sector or FMCG industry with excellent knowledge of the UK heating market and DIY retail scene
  • Promotional planning & forecasting. Along with the experience of improving promotional return on investment
  • Experience of launching NPD to market
 

The Successful Applicant

You will be a self starter with existing relationships with UK clients within this sector or will be able to offer DIY route to market but from a different sector.

 

Working as part of a small team you will be personable, open and keen to collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

 

You must be able to build rapport and relationships based on credibility and honesty across the sector. You will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. You are success driven with a strong sense of entrepreneurship, a flexible approach and a strong ownership when facing problems. You are organised and possess strong analytical skills as well as good commercial/business awareness
