About Our Client

Our client is a market leading supplier of toys.

Job Description

You will manage and develop a number of key retail accounts.

You will drive and develop relationships, growing sales of new product lines and sku's into existing retail accounts. You will also open up relationships with new account in the high street retail space.

The role is based in the Midlands but you will be expected to spend a lot of time in front of your customers building relationships and gaining additional listings.

Other responsibilities include:

- Implement strategies with portfolio of accounts
- Create annual business plans
- Responsible for meeting agreed Sales and Profit Targets for portfolio of Accounts
- Regular forecasting by Account
- Presentation of New Products to customers as required
- Develop promotions and activities to maximise sales performance
- Attendance at Trade Fairs and exhibitions

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role will either be operating at an NAM / BDM level looking for the opportunity to take a progressive step in their career.

Ideally you will have experience of working within the toy / non-food consumer goods industry. You will have retail account management experience and have exposure to P&L responsibility.
