Milton baby care have recently launched a range of exciting new sterilising products which are set to take the UK an Export marketplace by storm. All have been created to meet today's consumer demand for baby hygiene products that are innovative and modern as well as clinically-proven.

Now have an exciting opportunity for a successful National Account Manager to join their team.

Job Description

The primary responsibility for a National Account Manager is to grow the Milton brand in UK through the effective management of their Grocery, Pharmacy , Distributor and Specialist retailers such as Toys 'R' Us, Mamas & Papas, Mothercare etc. You will be working independently in the UK with support from France to drive the strategic growth plans of Milton throughout the UK and Export Markets. A close working alignment with one of their south coast based 3rd parties will also be key.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to;

  • Developing & implementing strategic business plans with all key accounts.
  • Provide regular reporting on achievement of business objectives and KPI's.
  • Developing and establishing successful implementation of the Milton Brand with existing and targeted new territories.
  • Identifying, contacting and securing potential new business deals with new distributors.
  • Establish commercial targets for product commercialization.
  • Support distributors with their sales and marketing plans.

The Successful Applicant

The National Account manager will have a strong background in sales, business development and account management within healthcare/FMCG. Category experience within baby care is highly advantageous.

  • Experience in targeting, converting and winning new business and / or new territories
  • Customer oriented
  • Target driven and self starter to achieve consistent results
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and in liaison with the team located in France
  • Ability to travel at least monthly to France and on his markets
  • Commutable to Hampshire at least weekly
