About Our Client
My client are a high end, luxury, confectionary manufacturer based in London. They are embarking on several new and exciting ideas and items of NPD. Working in this growing, fast paced business means you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of larger projects in which, the work you put into these projects will directly affect the performance of the business. Furthermore, you will be encouraged and expected to give your insights and opinion, make a real contribution every day and plot your own development.
The national account manager will own the sales business within my clients company. You will manage high street and grocery accounts and will own the P&L and promotional plan.
The Successful Applicant
The national account manager should be a high energy, enthusiastic individual that has experience in a fast paced FMCG company. Ideally you will have had responsibility for at least one of the big four grocers in the past (minimum of one whole JBP cycle) and will have held P & L responsibility.
The ideal national account manager will be eager to learn and to expand their horizons. You will be comfortable being stretched and would welcome the opportunity to take on the diverse challenges that come from working with a fast growing business. The individual should be on a clear path of career progression that would, in turn, demonstrate the individual's same potential for growth in this business with the ability to lead a sales team in the future.
