Job Description

This role supports the Operations Director in the development and delivery of contracted services to their Clients. This includes the delivery, monitoring and control of all services to assigned client contracts.

You will be responsible for the management of and growth of the business through actively engaging with the customer. Your role will include:

  • Providing leadership, management and development of assigned contracts ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded
  • Support the continuous review of supplier services to ensure best practice and value for money is achieved.
  • Management of employees; this will include their personal development, performance management and development.
  • Ensuring customer focus within all operational activities and ensuring effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
  • Identifying and taking appropriate action on potential opportunities to deliver additional services.
  • Quality, Environmental & Health and Safety Compliance of operations under your control.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures and people management processes.
  • Delivering continuous improvement by employing best practice and innovative solutions.

The Successful Applicant

You must have a proven background in the delivery of M&E FM Services with an FM provider or client, as well as a proven track record in pricing, budget and cost control. You will need to have the ability to plan and prioritise, possess proven leadership qualities and excellent customer services skills. You must be a good communicator, have strong influencing skills and a track record of people management and development. As this is a role with a National remit you must hold a full UK driving license and be prepared to travel.
