Our client is a leading Warranty Provider, providing warranty solutions to a range of industries.

Job Description

The National Sales Manager is a key position, ensuring the smooth running of a designated partner business through strong internal stakeholder management and a team of external, self-employed sales agents. The ultimate aim is to grow Automotive warranty sales.

The National Sales Manager will be to prospect new agents from both competitors and agents new to the warranty market within agreed targeting and strategy.

The successful candidate will offer training, development and guidance for all agents assigned to their area.

In addition the National Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting and signing up new dealers to the Approved Dealer Network with a view to achieving both strategic and financial targets.

This role is field based.

The National Sales Manager will:

  • Have a strong sales management background
  • Will have managed teams of self-employed sales agents
  • Have a proven, successful sales background
  • Will have a significant knowledge of operating in the motor industry
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the sales and operations of the motor industry
  • Have excellent time management skills

  • Be a self-starter
  • Highly autonomous
