Job Description

Our client are looking for a New Business Account Manager. You will deliver fundraising targets by helping implement 2 of their well known campaigns. You will be tasked with bringing on new partners and will deal with the sales process from beginning to end. This will entail identifying new prospects and then put together persuasive pitches. They are looking for someone who has the ability to create innovative ways to try and secure new business that will be relevant and interesting.

  • Make calls and email key targets identified in the strategy for new business
  • Work with the BDM to research the market and identify any new targets in line with the strategy
  • Co-ordinate the development of any creative ideas and collateral needed
  • Identify new creative ways to try and secure new business to ensure our client always stay relevant and interesting
  • Present a persuasive pitch to key targets alongside the Corporate Partners Manager
  • Ensure CRM is kept up to date with contact details and key prospecting emails

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience of Business development, and recruitment of corporate partners
  • An understanding of the charity sector and fundraising
  • Competent at presenting effective pitch presentations to external contacts and briefing senior teams internally
  • Clear written presentation skills
  • Experience of creating and edit documents using PowerPoint, word processing or spreadsheet software
  • Ability to treat contacts and consumers with care and respect
  • Experience in creating persuasive proposals and presentations
  • Develop ongoing relationships with all new corporate partners
