Leading Textiles Business in Cheshire, require a Operations and Customer Services Analyst.

Job Description

The role of Operations and Customer Services Analyst is responsible for:

  • Weekly reporting and analysis
  • Monthly analysis, measure and reporting of Supply Complete and On-Time (S.C.O.T.) delivery performance.
  • Monthly analysis, measure and reporting of reasons behind order book conversion failures.
  • Monthly analysis, measure and reporting of reasons behind order cancellations.
  • Takes corrective action with all departments to resolve issues/constraints to order book conversion as identified through analysis.
  • Report and analyze aged orders and ensure details are shared with sales managers
  • Working with Accounts Receivable, Customer Services and Sales evaluate all customer master data and ensure the ongoing integrity of that data.
  • Establish and maintain a class of trade table which enables us to better manage our customer order book within Aurora.
  • Working with Customer Services and Sales ensure all customer value added service templates are an accurate representation of the customer's requirements.
  • Work with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure all customer requirements are achievable at either the factory or the warehouse.
  • Ensure the cost of customer requirements is understood, communicated to and approved by the business.
  • To measure and improve our compliance in meeting all special customer requests Eg. for labelling and packaging.



The Successful Applicant

The role ideally is looking for:

    • Graduate level in a relevant subject
    • Around 2 years' experience in an analytical role
    • High level of analytical ability
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Very systems literate
    • Able to gain clarity on data from relevant sources
    • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively priorities workload and multi task
    • Continuous improvement/lifelong learning mindset
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with others
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Results driven - follows through to conclusion on all projects/commitments to agreed deadlines
    • Ability to use initiative and work independently
    • Upholds the core values of Teamwork, Integrity and Total Customer Satisfaction
