About Our Client
A not for profit organisation who are responsible for the property management and maintenance of a medium sized property portfolio. They are looking to bring enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals on board.
As the responsive repairs and voids Operations Manager you will be:
Responsible for the day-to-day technical and operational management of the in-house workforce managing a large number of repairs and voids.
Analysing data, identifying issues and implementing solutions.
The Successful Applicant
You will need to draw upon your previous experience of working for a Social Housing provider and able to give examples of the following:
Experience of working in a Property Maintenance environment and managing team leaders.
Knowledge of responsive repairs and voids, work patterns and analysing data.
Able to think strategically and think of both the short term and long term elements.
