Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the delivery of Repairs and Maintenance in London and the South East with a contract value of circa £10m p.a. With up to 10 direct reports the Operations Manager will ensure that all services across Responsive Works are being delivered on time, within budget and at high quality. This individual will be the main point of contact for clients resolving issues as and when necessary and also expanding future work.

The Successful Applicant

The Operations Manager will possess at least five years experience of managing large scale social housing schemes (c. £10m +) for a major contractor.

- Social Housing experience in the areas of Responsive Maintenance or Refurbishment is essential. - A construction or building related qualification - Professional membership of a relevant qualification body (e.g. CI OB) - Excellent man-management and leadership skills - Client-facing - Budgetary management skills
