Job Description

Our client's work in People & Change is incredibly varied and you will be asked to apply your skills and expertise of different business Transformation projects, often with large scale clients. On a day to day basis you your work is likely to cover the following:

  • Lead the HR and Change Management work-stream, working closely with colleagues from other service areas such as Transaction Services (M&A), Operational Transformation, IT Advisory, Finance Management colleagues to deliver large scale M&A, Sourcing and Business Transformation projects
  • Manage a small team of consultants and/or facilitate client HR and Change teams depending on project
  • Provide specialist HR and Change Management advice and work closely with the client leads and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
  • Contribute to People & Change business development, including working with key account teams to scope opportunities or developing compelling and winning proposals which wow our clients
  • Contribute to the development of People & Change M&A and Sourcing methodology, tools, thought leadership papers and to our client's People & Change practice generally

The Successful Applicant

Experience and Background

  • We welcome applications from candidates who have relevant consulting and/or transformational change experience in industry in blue chip organisations.
  • We are looking for bright, talented and passionate individuals who can a great team player.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent academics at undergraduate and post graduate levels
  • Candidates should have excellent stakeholder management and communications skills both in writing and orally.
  • In addition as stated above skills required to role description above, being comfortable with numbers, processes and excellent at Powerpoint and Excel will be key for the role.
  • Finally, our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, hunger to learn and develop and being able to thrive in a really fast paced working environment.
