My client is a renowned commercial leisure business.

Job Description

The Part-time HR Manager will sit within the broader human resources and personnel team. They will work four days per week, on the days of their choice.

The Part-time HR Manager will have responsibilities across the full HR remit including L&D, recruitment and employee relations, working closely with all business stakeholders to drive a proactive HR agenda and resolve any issues as they arise.

Although the role is predominantly London based, some local travel will be required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Good interpersonal, communication, diplomatic and negotiation skills
  • Good working knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Best practice approach to employee relations, disputes, disciplinary and grievance
  • Good organisational skills and initiative, especially under pressure
  • The ability to work with all staff members, displaying tact at all times
  • Good working knowledge of HR systems and best practice People processes
  • Coaching and influencing skills
  • Good numerical, written and IT skills
  • Self motivated drive and work ethic able to work without close supervision
  • Experience working as an HR professional in a multi-site environment such as retail, leisure or hospitality
