Leading Social Housing contractor requires a Partnership Manager, midlands.
To head up a brand new Repairs Contract with a Housing Association.
About Our Client
A significant player in the Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance sector with a plethora of big contracts across the UK, together with an excellent reputation.
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for delivering Repairs, Maintenance, Void Refurbishment, M&E and Planned/Cyclical works across circa 7,000 social housing properties in the midlands. With 3 direct reports and upwards of 50 in-direct reports they will manage all mobilisation/delivery of the contract, be the focal point of contact for the client and manage a £5m P/L.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years experience working for a major social housing contractor, maintenance company or DLO. You must have experience with managing large scale responsive repairs, voids and M&E works. Planned experience alone will not suffice. Close proximity to the midlands will also be essential.
