About Our Client

My client was established in 2007 with the aim to provide an Aesthetic/Cosmetic Surgery Consultation and Treatment service to those patients who have been assessed as appropriate. Their objective was, and remains, to provide all patients with an outcome consistent with current best practice guidelines and individual expectations.

Job Description

The Patient Coordinator main responsibility is to deliver the highest level of service and productivity at all times. The PC will manage patients through their journey with the client face to face and via the telephone or email. The whole process must be to the highest quality of service to patients and in accordance with the clients policies and procedures as well as all relevant legislation.


  • The PC is targeted specific to patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • The aim of the PC is to ensure that the client is the patient's preferred choice for their cosmetic surgery procedure.
  • The PC must ensure that every new opportunity is maximised within an optimum time frame.
  • The PC must ensure that the Surgeon's consultation and theatre time effectively utilised.
  • The PC must ensure that they deliver and maintain the highest quality of service, care and patient experience in accordance with the clients policies, procedures, brand standards and patient feedback.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this position will be confident and able to thrive in a sales environment. The ideal candidate will also be very customer and people orientated and understand how to communicate with all different types of people - every potential patients needs are different and it is your job to understand them and offer advice.

What's on Offer

In return for this role the basic salary is £22,500 with an OTE £30,000 in bonuses.
