About Our Client

The client is an innovative, forward thinking accountancy practice that places an emphasis on team work, individual development and empowering staff. They are growing at a steady pace, and this position has arisen as a result of a recent increase in payroll clients.

Job Description

The payroll assistant will work with the payroll manager and liaise with other parts of the accounts and tax teams to ensure that payrolls are processed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for approximately 100 clients within the bureau.

The Successful Applicant

You should have significant experience of working in a payroll bureau and clearly understand the demands of meeting a variety of deadlines and dealing with many clients. Your knowledge should be up to date and you should have a good understanding of auto-enrollment and RTI's. You will be an effective team player, adaptable and well organised.
