About Our Client

Assist in performing quantitative data analyses and interpret the results for the business (including property compliance, spend forecast, average cost per unit, court spend profiles, average repair cost, recommending areas for efficiency savings).
Ensure departmental dashboards are prepared in a timely manner, highlighting any issues regarding the department's performance indicators.
Communicate effectively on performance issues, including presentations, reports, newsletters and Intranet.
Seek opportunities to take initiative, improve processes, customer satisfaction and costs.
Work with others to ensure all critical services are operational, identifying any issues that require improvement or further information.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial frameworks.
The Successful Applicant
The two key areas of this role are understanding data and presenting the findings from this data. Therefore it is crucial that you are able to understand data and can identify patterns and trends. You will need to be a confident person who is able to stand up in front of large groups of people (2-30+) including Senior Management and present your findings.
You will need to take ownership for your work, display a positive attitude and want to develop personally.
You do not necessarily need to come from the Housing sector.
