Michael Page is renowned for hiring externally at Recruitment Consultant level with the sole aim of developing this talent into our future Directors.
Working in a team structure with like-minded professionals, you will focus on the delivery of a high level of service and client management to help our clients and candidates to fulfil their employment and career needs. You will take responsibility for managing and developing existing relationships with key clients in the Oxfordshire and Berkshire area as well as developing new relationships through business development.
You will work in a full 360 recruitment role meaning you will be responsible for business development, account management, candidate sourcing, candidate placement and candidate management.
You will work within a vibrant, energetic Reading office and you will work with a vast range of businesses from start ups, small businesses and SME clients right up to Blue Chip clients. You will work towards being an expert recruiter and the 'go to' recruiter for clients in the Thames Valley.
The Successful Applicant
The Permanent Recruitment Consultant will be:
- Graduate or similar calibre
- Some sales, recruitment or commercial experience
- Driven, tenacious and resilient individuals
- Target orientated but with a passion for dealing with people and growing a business
- Outgoing personality, sociable and energetic
- Based within an easy commute of Reading
- Full drivers license

£20,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience + bonuses + package
