Planned Contracts Manager - Housing association

About Our Client

The planned contracts manager will be responsible for the strategic / operational management and delivery of planned & cyclical works contracts throughout the group for all housing, associated land/buildings and corporate buildings.
You will be required to work with contractors, consultant partners, colleagues and residents across the full range of resident services, to ensure that customer involvement and resident satisfaction is at the core of the decision making process and delivery of these services.
This post will have responsibility for the overall planning and management of all planned & cyclical works programmes for Network Homes (Including kitchen & bathroom replacements, window & door installations, cyclical decorations, FRA remedial works and roof renewals.) from inception to final accounts in line with all company and statutory requirements e.g. Financial Standing Orders, Contact Regulations, EU Procurement, Health and Safety.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need to have a back ground in either project management or contracts management. A strong individual with qualities including a compliant mindset, methodical nature to working and the ability to handle various tasks at one time. You will need a background in surveying and a qualification of ICIOB or similar.
