Job Description

PMO Lead Analyst - PMO Lead Analyst To support the design and delivery of a number of high profile new contracts and internal transformation project, The IPO is responsible for further improving the way the business delivers projects and programmes, driving better informed decisions and prioritising resources in the most effective way.

The PMO Lead Analyst should have excellent stakeholder management, analytical and data manipulation skills and be able to confidently support and enable staff at all levels in to follow best practice in the reporting and delivery of successful projects and programmes

PMO Lead Analayst Key Skills:

  • Must have at least 2 years experience of delivering projects and either Project Management Office or Portfolio Management Office analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of delivering each of the 'core duties and accountabilities' described in section 3 above
  • Sound understanding of common Project Management methodologies and disciplines through the complete project lifecycle and experience of complex project data manipulation in similar organisations.
  • Capable of building and sustaining business relationships from junior team members through to board level.
  • Strong facilitation, analytical, and data presentation skills


  • 3+ years' Project Management experience
  • Experience gained within the people-centered services sector, including employability programmes, skills training and health-related support
  • Experience of designing and delivering a portfolio or programme management office
  • Prince 2 or MSP practitioner
