An established agency that have a handful of strong retained clients. Medium sized but on the cusp of growing quite aggressively due to some recent business wins. They have a full service team covering client services, digital, studio and PR. The clients span B2B and B2C with a large focus being on retail.

A close knit team that are proud of their culture. A team of driven self starters that have collectively been responsible for the agencies success.

Job Description

The role of the successful PR Account Manager would be to:

* Support the Account Executive population
* Grow and maintain strong client facing relationships
* Delivery consistent campaigns
* Create innovative ideas for clients
* Gain coverage across relevant media
* Liaise with media and press
* Manage campaign/client budgets
* Expected to be commercial and grow accounts where appropriate
* Writing and placing high quality content

The Successful Applicant

* A natural relationship builder with both internal and external colleagues
* Have a good understanding of traditional and Online PR
* Strong communicator at all levels
* Agency experience is essential. It doesn't need to be the most recent experience but vital you have been exposed to the agency world in the past.
* Confident at dealing with all media channels
* Commercially astute and aware of bottom line figures.
* Comfortable leading clients meetings and able to suggest creative PR campaigns relevant to each specific client
* Passionate about developing the more junior end of the team
