Job Description

  • Prepare accounts, budgets and cash flows
  • Produce and develop monthly Management Pack for the Board which monitors key
  • performance indicators and financial trends.
  • Introduce and enforce accountability for individual and team cost recovery
  • Manage the invoicing and credit control cycle
  • Purchasing and cost control including procurement and contract renewals
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal regulations in relation to Money Laundering
  • Maintain appropriate insurances for the company
  • Administration of pension and employee benefit schemes
  • Ensure the accurate and comprehensive recording of client database, control the recording
  • and storage of client records and archives for the company
  • Health & Safety compliance including general office security and data protection
  • Report on a number of HR matters including staff leave and sickness
  • Holiday and absence cover as necessary
  • Other duties as specified by the Directors

The Successful Applicant

  • Recognised Accountancy qualification (preferable)
  • Strong financial background determined to ensure accuracy, timeliness and efficiency
  • A minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in a professional office ideally in a similar multi-faceted role environment,
  • Ability to show discretion and sensitivity
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a systematic approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
