About Our Client

A leading B2B business based just outside central Leeds are rapidly growing and require a Pricing Analyst to join through this huge period of growth.

Job Description

Expected to make pricing decisions within defined parameters. Expected to make pricing recommendations to management beyond those parameters.

  • Establish a positive climate and work environment for your team, where performance is recognised and rewarded.





Optimising performance outcomes of direct reports and ensuring individual's understanding of contribution

  • Ensure each individual within your team understands the team's structure, objectives, roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide support, coaching and development opportunities.
  • Optimise team and individual performance
  • Apply the coampanies performance, reward, talent management, recruitment and people information principles and processes.
  • Champion organisational change.





Following financial policies, managing people resources to policy requirements and delivering budgets

  • Lead by example with decision taken when allocating investment resources, by ensuring initiatives underpinning budgets and forecasts provide value to our shareholders.

The Successful Applicant


Essential

1 Year experience in a commercial analytics environment



Proficiency in the use of software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.



Excellent oral and written communication skills.



Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks/objectives and work in a fast paced environment.



Desirable



Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, business, related field, or equivalent experience.



One to two years of pricing related theory and/or analysis experience.



Electronics distribution product, supplier and market knowledge.



SQL skills - basic

Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 with benefits
