Job Description

in this role the Process Analyst will be responsible for:

Manage existing reporting requirements across multiple team

Support the Workday implementation team

Systems administrator of Key reporting systems - Blackline, Insights, In-house built Access databases and Excel reports

Build ad-hoc Insight reports

Finance process design and documentation

Reporting performance, statistics and ad-hoc data reporting requests

The Successful Applicant

My client are looking for someone with:

  • Finance experience, working within a busy finance environment
  • Competent user of multiple technology systems, applications, etc. Ideally with exposure to JD Edwards, Blackline/ Workday and/or similar finance systems /ERP.
  • Advanced Excel skills plus Word, PowerPoint, MS Project & MS Visio
  • Presentation skills (design and present)
  • Advanced database query and reporting
  • Process design and documentation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Flexibility during times of change
  • Persuasive, encouraging and motivating
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

This is a 6 month contract with a daily rate offering of £175 - £190 per day
