About Our Client

My client is an employment and health programme provider based in Central London.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

- Documenting processes of new and existing contracts including process mapping, process hierarchies, work instructions and supporting guidance documents using programmes such as MS Visio

- Translating contract guidance from government employment agencies into process maps and ensure processes are assigned, compliant, logical and efficient

- Supporting conceptualisation, design and production of end to end processes for the business, learning over time how to process engineer

- Work with the Learning & Development team to produce training materials for staff which cover both guidance and messaging and are meaningful

- Support the business to effectively manage change by adapting and designing the processes to fit the business needs at that time

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

- Business Analyst experience

- A thorough understanding of business processes (inc. process mapping and process design)

- Experience on MS Visio and MS Project

- Project management experience

- BPMN experience
