About Our Client


Job Description

Demonstrating capability to investigate, deliver and communicate IT findings into workable IT change recommendation / solutions. This mandates skills in resourcing relevant materials and people, formulating an incisive explanation of complex IT problems in a business facing manner to aid senior stakeholders to act upon, i.e. changing a business process, reduce demand, re-prioritise, and invest in new opportunities.

  • Positive formal and informal Business Stakeholder Interaction and Feedback. Formally captured in regular surveys across the business and informally e.g. via Performance Appraisal.

  • Efficient fit of IT Services with Business requirements - measured, e.g. in service metrics

  • Delivery of successfully positioned Customer Service initiatives that support key business drivers e.g. reduction in cost to serve, process improvement, customer experience

  • Adherence of IT related business decisions to IT governance - measured i.e. through process and procurement KPIs

The Successful Applicant

Excellent Communication Skills - being able to deal with various settings,

Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills - at all seniority levels,

Excellent coordination and organisation skills in order to ensure issues are addressed,

Ownership of IT Products and Services,

An excellent understanding of the overall IT Landscape,

Ability to engage with and influence all levels of seniority
