Job Description

Proactively provide all necessary commercial / contractual support to the Offshore Wind Farm team and will act as interface with other business units on relevant issues

* Ensure that commercial issues and risks are addressed in accordance with Group / Company policies and procedures

* Understand and apply agreed complex contract terms and conditions to construction activities * Manage Contract variation process

* Manage Contract extensions of time process

* Manage Contract claims process

* Develop, advise and support Customer / Team on appropriate complex commercial / negotiation strategies

* Negotiate settlement of variations, extensions of time and claims

* Contractor performance monitoring and reporting

The Successful Applicant

* Expected to have significant experience in the field of Operational Procurement activities.

* Proven capability/skills in complex negotiations and deal closing

* Expected to hold relevant nationally accredited procurement qualification

* Ability to influence and manage across multiple international cultures and a geographically diverse portfolio
