About Our Client
A well-established housing association who have properties throughout the country with a focus on people aged 50 and over.
Day-to-day management of the programme.
Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its overall progress, reporting the progress at regular intervals to the Senior Responsible Owner, managing and resolving risks and issues.
Ensuring key documents are created and updated as necessary, such as the Blueprint and Benefits Map and Benefit Profiles.
Monitoring the programme's budget and the expenditures and costs against benefits that are realised as the programme progresses.
Maintaining overall integrity and coherence of the programme and developing and maintaining the programme environment to support each individual project within it.
Starting projects at the right time for the programme.
Act as internal project management consultant, providing mentoring and support to internal project managers.
Act as a trouble shooter where projects are struggling, supporting the project board and project manager to deliver a successful project
The Successful Applicant
Excellent knowledge of Programme Management.
Strong personal communication skills (verbal and Written) and highly developed influencing and relationship management skills.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Ability to understand organisational vision and ability to translate into delivery.
Ability to motivate staff to deliver programme aims.
Innovative and a creative thinker.
Provide leadership and drive to deliver transformational change.
Ability to question and investigate complex projects, providing solutions to problems identified.
