Job Description

The role will specifically lead the Finance Transformation programme, by implementing a structured project management and change management approach that aims to ensure that the delivery will result in sustainable changes to systems, processes and people capacity.

Responsibilities include:

- Leadership for change programme within Finance and IT Directorate.

- Change management

- Strategic oversights across change programme within directorate and across other directorates.

- Governance and reporting.

- Coordination and communication.

- Stake holder management.

- Resource management.

The Successful Applicant


- Professional Business or Accounting Qualification.

- Significant experience (post qualification) in providing strategic support.

- Ability to think strategically, to delegate where appropriate, to prioritise competing demands, to influence a peer group

- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English

- Experience of working in an international environment

- Commitment to organisation's vision, mission values and way of working

- Ability to manage relationships at all levels

- Experience in managing or implementing


- Ability to accommodate considerable travel demands - up to 10 weeks per year

- Knowledge of/and or experience of the Not For Profit, NGO and/or Development sectors

What's on Offer

This client is offering a 6 month contract paying a daily rate in the region of £350- 4350.
