About Our Client
Multiple studios throughout the UK with an International presence, they work on a range of projects with a strong emphasis across education, commercial, healthcare and residential.
They are at the forefront of BIM implementation, utilising the latest technologies on a plethora of projects ranging from £10mn upwards.
The studio in question has circa 20 member of staff and work dynamically across all projects with members of staff at all levels integrated and contributing to a projects success.
Working on a range of projects across a spectrum of sectors, values and varying stages.
You will be:
- leading projects from inception through to completion throughout RIBA's schedule of works;
- liaise with clients and create designs to meet client specifications;
- create and propose budget and time estimations
- attending site meeting and consulting with contractors on site;
- leading your team to deliver award-winning designs.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a minimum of 3 years post p3 qualification UK experience. AutoCAD is essential; Revit is desirable (full training can be provided for the right candidate).
You must be fully fluent and conversant with all stages of RIBA's Schedule of Works and conversant with UK Building Regs.
An ability to draw is a must - portfolios will have examples of hand drawn sketches, not necessarily architectural - something that offers a glimpse into you
Personable, confident and full of wit, you will be an effortless fit into the studio and comfortable fronting client meetings - personality is everything!

Salary is negotiable.
