Job Description

A rare opportunity to join an established delivery team for a prestigious developer. Responsibilities will include:

  • Site Assembly
  • Pre-Acquisition Surveys and Technical due Diligence reports
  • Management of the planning process
  • Procurement
  • Construction Management
  • Collaboration of scheme design
  • Contract administration
  • Employers Agent role

The Successful Applicant

An established Project Manager, you will have overseen the delivery of large scale, high value, complex, mixed use schemes from inception to completion. Having represented a consultancy, corporate, property company or developer, you will be highly regarded for your ability to lead projects, engage your team, empathise with clients and instil a positive, engaging culture. Enjoying the challenges of £multi-million projects you will embrace the opportunity to work for one of the UK's most progressive developers and the ability to operate autonomously on high profile schemes.

You are likely to be a Chartered property professional, emanating from a surveying, project management, architectural or engineering background. (MRICS, MIET / CEng, RIBA).
