About Our Client
A well-established housing association who have properties throughout the country with a focus on people aged 50 and over.
Provide project management support to all areas of the business as required ensuring the active promotion of 'best practice'.
In collaboration with stakeholders define the project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals.
Manage and lead in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through to successful implementation and full project closure.
Manage all project documentation in line with the project management framework ensuring it is signed off at relevant stages and stored appropriately.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks/issues and devise and manage contingency plans accordingly.
Complete Process reviews as defined by the Head of Portfolio and Change.
Complete business analysis reports for Senior Managers as directed by the Head of Portfolio and Change.
The Successful Applicant
Job Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of Programme Management.
Ability to solve complex problems, research best practice and use this to drive projects and change.
Can lead and motivate project teams.
Will be curious about the way they currently deliver change and develop services and seeks to use best practice to improve services and processes.
Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and have the ability to draw information from others making best use of this in developing project management and the organisations approach to change.
Ability to question and investigate complex projects, providing solutions to problems identified.
An understanding of business benefits and how these are mapped, profiled and realised.
At least two years post qualified experience of delivering project management.
Experience of completing assurance audits and reports and working on a complex project.
Professional demeanour and approach.
"Can do" attitude and positive, forward thinking approach.
Demonstrates commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Resilient and calm approach when under pressure.
