Job Description

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the effective running of varied Decent Homes programmes for multiple Partnering contracts within Property and Housing. The contract will consist of a Kitchen and bathroom replacements and externals, roofing windows etc. The Project Manager will have financial responsibility of £10million to £15 million of a design and build estate regeneration contract including internal and external refurbishment of both tower blocks and street properties. The Project Managers responsibilities will include overseeing Site Managers and Resident Liaison Officers, writing contract programmes, client and consultant liaison and holding partnering meetings.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Project Manager will need be able to display:

- Excellent working knowledge of Construction and Building regulations, Health & Safety legislation and decent homes programming. Although not essential, experience within Social Housing construction would be an advantage.

- Experience of delivering a wide range of projects from inception to completion and handover.

- Excellent communication skills

- Previous experience in a client facing role where you have had to manage numerous key stakeholders

- A track record delivering projects to agreed budget and timescales

- Flexibility on travel as this role will cover multiple locations
