- Must have a car & valid driving licence
About Our Client
As this role is county wide, there is a base in central Surrey but you will be working remotely from various locations and engaging on a daily basis with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
The two workstreams you will pick up will be heavily involved in aspects of social care and community support. The programme is looking at how to make all areas of care integrated across the county and social care is seen as a key element of this. The PMO is relatively infantile so they are still finding their feet with the projects involved.
The Successful Applicant
You MUST be driving your own car to be able to do this job. A key part of the role is travelling to locations across the county and meeting key figures in the programme on a weekly basis.
A good understanding of the public sector and government, local authorities and the NHS would be beneficial.
Being able to listen and understand the needs and requirements of key stakeholders with good communication.
You must be delivery focussed project manager; the strategy is already in place and needs to be implemented.
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to "get stuck in"
