Our client are well recognised leisure brand with an enviable portfolio of sites across the UK. As part of their continuous growth and business development they are now looking for a talented Acquisitions Manager to join their London based property team.

Job Description

The key duties of the Property Acquisitions Manager, London will include the following:-

*Identification and acquisition of off and on-market opportunities.
*Manage the acquisition process for suitable sites from site location through to opening
*Conducting site appraisals and concluding negotiations
*Assist in the acquisition process through to completion utilising your established agent networks.
*Develop and enhance existing agency, landlord and developer networks across the region
*Regular reporting to Manager and Director on the status of acquisitions in the region

The Successful Applicant

This is a new position for a focused individual with a good track record to establish leads and build a pipeline to secure various property investment opportunities. The role will be based in our client's regional business in London and working as an integral part of their in-house property and store development team.

You will be ideally RICS qualified, although not essential, with established contacts and a track-record of commercial and/or retail acquisitions.
