About Our Client

Our client is a leading university who have acquired the site and associated land.

The client occupying the site is a global pharmaceutical organisation who are focused on research & Development of products in the UK.

Job Description

The role is to have full control and manage services across the site.

With the site being self contained, the role will manage all Fm services.

Including Catering and maintenance.

There will be a strong focus on managing the relationship with the occupiers combined with reporting on progress and performance of the service providers to the university.

The role is to focus on managing the site as a subsidiary to the university and while the role is part of the estates team it is not involved with the day to day running of the university campus

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role will come with a Strong background within facilities management.

Ideally managing large sites with multiple buildings.

You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise.

Strong technical knowledge of contract management and is essential to the role to drive performance.

Ideally located within an hour commute of the central surrey area.
