Job Description

We are looking for Project Managers, in the South and in the Midlands. You will work from home in a field based capacity, spending time on site with operators and delivering projects. These Project Management roles will be highly visible, reporting into the Asset Manager leading the property aspect of this new business model.

You will be taking the existing Estate in key geographical areas and managing a capital reinvestment programme to maximise the impact of the newly evolving operating model.

These projects will range in value from £50k - £500k and will be anything from small refurbishments to a total remodel of a site. The projects will form the roll out of new brands across the portfolio, working with flexible templates to deliver striking modern schemes. You will work closely with the designers, contractors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest standard.

We are looking for 2 Project Managers, one in the South West and one in the Midlands. These Project Management roles will be highly visible, reporting into the Asset Manager leading the property aspect of this new business model.

You will work closely with the designers, contractors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on budget and within schedule managing multiple projects at one time.

The Successful Applicant

Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi retail site property role as building surveyor or project manager
  • Up to date knowledge of statutory compliance legislation
  • Good level of budgetary & financial cost control experience
  • IT Literate
  • Independent responsibility for planning and delivery
  • Be self-motivated and enjoy working with a high level of Autonomy
  • HNC in either Building Surveying or Building Construction, or professional qualification such as RICS or CIOB
  • Large (More than GBP 0.5 million) project management and multi-project management experience
