They invest they profit back into the local community and further improving their services. They residents are very involved in helping them improve further. They also have a large care home and supported living section of their business.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Property Sales Co-ordinator will be:

- Support delivery of the home ownership programme

-Maintain relationship with internal and external customers. Dealing with any complaints or problems

- Preparing strategies and managing external agencies who are tasked with the sale of Home Ownership products

- Ensuring all customer documentation is up to date

- Supporting sales and marketing projects within agreed budgets to achieve timely marketing and sale of properties and ensure high quality, value for money services

- Liaising with solicitors

This role will require significant travel to different sites

You will be targeted on the number of properties sold

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Property Sales Co-Ordinator would be from an estate agency, property, retirement living or home ownership background. Proven sales experience.

It could be a mum returning to work looking for something that is part-time.
