Job Description

  • Accountable for ensuring service levels and KPI's are delivered through the delivery centers (BPO/Captive) in accordance with SLA's.
  • Proactively work with Global delivery lead to identify and quantify process improvements that will drive standardization simplification, quality, speed and control enhancements
  • Business partnering - lead service level reviews with internal customers ensure all agreed outputs are documented and delivered be the key point of contact
  • Escalate compliance deficiencies to the process control and global process owner/ be part of the team get to the root cause, identify corrective action and improve the process/ controls frame work.
  • Ensure all process changes to process and procedures are reflected in standard operating procedures and that the delivery are fully briefed and trained
  • Conduct balance sheet and control reviews
  • Flexibility to work across operational service delivery team and project deployment stream.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, the successful candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA ,ACCA , CIMA or European equivalent)
  • Strong IT knowledge required to ensure understanding of solutions
  • Strong ERP system knowledge
  • Challenges business processes

What's on Offer

Basic salary between £50,000 and £55,000 plus car allowance, excellent pension, bonus and private health care.
