About Our Client
An international law firm with offices throughout the UK and globally.
This is an opportunity for a Real Estate / Commercial Property newly qualified solicitor to join a busy and reputable Birmingham team advising on a range of property matters.
The firm is busy across the board in Real Estate and are interested in solicitors who are looking to qualify into a general Real Estate team, advising corporates and leading businesses on a range of landlord and tenant matters and portfolio / leasehold management. The team acts for national and international clients and is the sole legal advisor for a number of household names.
The firm is also incredibly busy in Commercial Development and Investment and is looking to recruit a newly qualified solicitor to work on local and national headline-making development matters. Our client acts for leading organisations and local authorities on flagship development programmes and has a busy pipeline of transactions for the future. Due to continued growth, the team is looking to add a Real Estate NQ.
The firm will offer you great client exposure and also support you with your professional development and training.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Real Estate NQ will have a genuine passion for property and will have enjoyed a strong commercial property seat during their training contract.
Our client is interested to hear from candidates who have trained at equivalent leading law firms but will also consider candidates who have trained at smaller and more regional firms but are looking to make the step up to a larger firm.
