Working as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant for Digital Professionals looking specifically for new opportunities across the Midlands. This opportunity represents a fantastic chance for a commercially minded consultant to work in one of the U.K' s fastest growing markets.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships and providing consultative recruitment advice. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery. Additionally you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance.
The Successful Applicant
A driven and successful individual who is capable of delivering results in any role they have worked in. A sales background is useful however commercial thinking and resilience is critical to the success of a recruitment consultant. A passion for all things digital would also be advantageous.
