About Our Client

My client is a privately-owned family business who specialise in highly innovative engineering and technology solutions. An American Company, the Recruitment Manager will be based in their London office and has responsibility across EMEA.

Job Description

  1. Build strong relationship with business and functional leaders to identify organisation and business talent needs
  2. Develop sourcing strategies and manage partnerships with recruitment agencies to identify best in class talent
  3. Own sourcing networking while able to drive a high level of performance against aggressive hiring plans.
  4. To establish a pipeline of best in class talent for sales and leadership needs including proactive planning of pipeline development to ensure all hires meet the business' standard of excellence
  5. Develop and maintain a best in class candidate experience

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for recruiting 20-50 vacancies per year, across roles such as: salespeople, field service engineers and customer service positions.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Degree holder
  2. Fluent English plus ideally able to speak an additional language
  3. Recruitment experience, preferably in the engineering, construction or technology sectors
  4. Has established network across the industry and business association
  5. Experience to work directly with and engaging senior leaders in multiple functional and geographical areas
  6. Proven expertise in talent identification, competency based hiring and a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  7. Proven track record of developing pipeline of best in class talent
  8. Knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking system such as taleo
  9. Good vision of organisational and business needs
  10. Strong researching, networking and selling skills
  11. Excellent communication, listening, collaboration, organisational and influencing leadership skills
  12. Resilient, high energy, self-motivated and willing to rolls up sleeve and get things done
  13. Willing to travel (20%)
