Job Description

The key areas for the Recruitment Manager role are:

Defining, implementing and assessing the recruitment strategy

Engaging and sourcing talent in high volumes.

Working with local partners to source talent.

Ensuring that processes and procedures are in place.

Working with key stakeholders to meet the needs of the business.

Using a range of routes to market to source talent.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates will:

Have done a high-volume recruitment role

Be able to think outside the box to overcome problems in a changing political climate

Understand long, medium and short-term strategy

Be a strong relationship builder, both internally and externally

Be comfortable with the travel involved in the role
