About Our Client

Our client is a highly successful and growing professional services firm with a number of offices across the south east. Due to continued growth they are now looking to bring on a Recruitment Manager to work as part of the wider HR team and support the long term talent acquisition plans for the business.

Job Description

As Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for all recruitment requirements across 3 sites in Kent. Working closely with the Senior Management team you will recruit roles at all levels from graduate through to senior management. You will review and develop back office processes to create a high quality in house service which will reduce the reliance on external agencies.

This is a newly created role which will enable the successful applicant to really make their mark on the role and build a small team to support this position.

The Successful Applicant

You will have previous in-house recruitment experience - ideally gained within a professional services environment. You will have a proven track record of recruiting successfully at all levels and will be able to develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders.

This role is based in Kent but some travel may be required to offices in the South East.
