About Our Client
Our client is a leading education provider in Kent.
As Recruitment Manager you will work with the senior management team to develop an effective recruitment strategy to support the appointment of a range of roles within the organisation. As part of this you will continually review recruitment processes to ensure the most cost effective methods are utilised and that best practice is followed in areas such a compliance and right to work.
This is an interesting role which not only covers recruitment but you will also provide support to the CEO and will be required to attend a number of meetings, some of which you will chair and take minutes.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for this Recruitment Manager role you will have previous exposure to recruitment within the education sector. You may have an HR background but some recruitment experience is required.
In addition, strong organisation skills are required along with the ability to work with sensitive information in a professional and discreet manner.
What's on Offer
Basic salary - Â£38,000 - Â£43,000 plus benefits
