Job Description

  • The core purpose of this role is to support the the organisation through its transition to migrate onto a new IT platform.
  • The migration will require changes to both recruitment processes and to the recruitment technology
  • The new HR system will be SAP, with some additional interfaces to Success Factors
  • The ideal candidate will be a system and process change analysis person

  • They must be able to visualise system and build maps

  • Look at the end to end recruitment process they currently adopt and identify what will need to change in this once the migration happens

  • They will also need to look at what parts of the system may need to be bespoke built to suit

  • The system is built will be build in prototypes which will then be tried and tested

  • You will constantly map and change

  • There are no budget requirements for this role

  • Quality also needs to be measured throughout the process

  • Be able to understand current MI Outputs

  • Identify what's the next best steps

  • Be used to building MI Support and extract data into excel

  • Respond to ADHOC MI inquiries

  • Support both HR and Business decisions

  • Know where to best find data
  • Alongside this migration work, you will be involved in some day-to-day activity, such as managing regular supplier calls with the client's technology partner, providing SME advice on daily system queries and being able to create scheduled and ad-hoc recruitment MI, which supports both the team and wider stakeholders of the organisation

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of candidate management systems and how these interface to other HR systems such as Payroll, Vetting and core HR hubs.

  • Experience in SAP and/or Success Factors would be a real benefit.

  • Have experience with working on systems and change
