About Our Client

The client is well established within the Vending industry and have a strong presence in the coffee market providing high quality machines.

The client is looking to grow their sales team and introduce a sales professional to the organisation.

The role is field based and involves extensive travel within the midlands area and also includes 2 visits to Bradford monthly.

The main focus of this role is to continue to develop new business in our traditional marketplace and to focus increasingly on identified strategic markets such as contract caterers, education, sports and leisure.

Job Description

The Key aspects of the role are;

  • Informed prospect identification and input into lead generation
  • Managing appointments/client presentations impressively and efficiently
  • Composing quotations which clearly illustrate an appreciation of client requirements and commercial awareness
  • Gaining/maintaining a thorough knowledge of competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Completing tenders in line with industry requirements
  • Maximising life-time value through up-selling/cross-selling
  • Using the CRM system (Goldmine) appropriately.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales individual with industry experience and be;

  • 2 years within sales role
  • Successful within similar role or similar industry
  • Be a driven individual
  • An evident client focused approach
  • excellent communication skills
  • Strong desire to build on sales & marketing experience
  • self discipline and desire for autonomous working
  • Degree qualification would be desirable but not essential
