Therefore, they are seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to lead one of their most profitable units.

Job Description

Regional Commercial Manager:

You will have full responsibility for for a £24m per annum P&L and be the main commercial lead within the business unit, reporting directly into the Board of Directors.

Through the businesses new strategy and plan they are focused on organic growth and succession planning. Therefore this will enable you to progress and develop up to Board Member level.

The Successful Applicant

Regional Commercial Manager:

  • Demonstrate strong technical and commercial understanding
  • Have been commercial lead and managed similar sized P&L's
  • Work autonomously and have a strong working pedigree / desire to succeed
  • Worked within the Property and Housing sector



£75,000 - £80,000 + package
