Job Description

The Regional Facilities Manager will be required to regularly manage a portfolio of circa 25 properties with the majority in the retail and industrial sectors. Here you will liaise with the relevant building managers and manage the subcontractor packages for the required services.

You will take ownership of the portfolio of projects in York, Hull, Sunderland and Harrogate ensuring the services are in full working order to keep our client base happy.

The Successful Applicant

The Regional Facilities Manager will be from an industrial or retail background with experience of managing a number of projects for a managing agent or service provider and have an overall knowledge of both hard and soft services.

What's on Offer

Salary of £30000-£35000 plus car/car allowance
